We are currently in the process of remodeling a 3 bedroom, 1 bath ranch-style unit. Although the unit may not be available until before 1/1/24, we wanted to provide some information about the property.
The interior photos are not yet updated as the remodeling is still underway. However, we assure you that once the remodeling is completed, we will update the photos on our website. We understand the importance of visualizing the space before making a decision.
The unit comes with a detached oversize 1 car garage, which provides ample space for your vehicle and additional storage. Additionally, there is a back patio area off the dining room, perfect for enjoying some outdoor time.
An extra room is also available, which can be utilized as an office, playroom, or for extra storage, depending on your needs. We believe in providing flexibility for our tenants to customize the space according to their requirements.
Now, let's talk about the qualifications for renting this unit. We require a minimum credit score of 525 and no recent evictions, bankruptcies, or foreclosures within the past 5 years. However, we do consider cases on an individual basis beyond the 5-year mark.
The gross income of the entire household must be at least 3 times the monthly rent. We also conduct a background check to ensure a clean record. While we do not consider medical collections, we allow a maximum of 3 non-medical collections.
To apply for the unit, there is a $50.00 application fee per adult, which can be found on the property page of our website. We aim to make the application process hassle-free and easily accessible for our potential tenants.
Lastly, we are a pet-friendly community. However, a deposit, fee, and monthly pet rent are required. Rest assured, we strictly adhere to all federal laws regarding valid service and support animals.
